We are thrilled by the overwhelming response to the 18th World Congress of Music Therapy – Connecting Borders, which will take place in Bologna, Italy, from 8 to 12 July 2026. Over 1,200 high-quality abstracts have been submitted from around the world, reflecting the incredible diversity and richness of the field.
The Scientific Committee, working closely with the Organising Committee, has devoted great effort to reviewing all submissions carefully. The large number and outstanding quality of the abstracts required more time than expected, but this ensures a fair and inclusive selection process.
Authors can expect to receive their notification letters by September 2025.
