Recent and forthcoming announcements include...

  1. •The University of Melbourne plans to offer the Masters of Music Therapy by coursework degree in flexible delivery mode from 2010, and is calling for expressions of interest from prospective students. The course will be delivered partially on-line and partially through intensive teaching. This is a long-awaited development in education and training for music therapy in Australia. Please contact Associate Professor Denise Grocke, Head Music Therapy (d.grocke@unimelb.edu.au) to register an Expression of Interest.

Organizations and individuals who are promoting active music making for health and well-being are invited to host an event to contribute to this national celebration in May 2009. The event is coordinated by Catherine Threlfall, RMT. For more information see the websitehttp://www.makingmusicbeingwell.org.au/content/view/35/6
