You might recall that the WFMT celebrated a special anniversary in 2015: our 30th Anniversary. There were a number of special events held throughout the year. Today we are posting a video that was created featuring one of the winning 30th Anniversary Contest songs ("When I Listen to the Music," by Dr. Len McCarthy; click here for more info.) and photos and text from the WFMT Treasured Memories Project. The purpose of this project was to assemble a collection of messages acknowledging various music therapists or professional organizations who have made an impact on the lives of our WFMT members. It was also an opportunity to share important landmark contributions that have supported the growth of music therapy internationally as determined by our members.
