Those days are very exciting times for Brazilian music therapists. Up to now, music therapy in Brazil has not been recognized as a health profession. After years of advocacy, the Brazilian Government APPROVED the project of REGULAMENTATION OF THE PRACTICE OF MUSIC THERAPY IN BRAZIL on 7/10/2008. However, we still awaiting approval of the Brazilian President. Therefore, we are asking you to join us in this important endeavor.
How can you help? Sing up at the list on our website and express your support. We will forward your comments to the Brazilian Government to make music therapy an accepted health profession in Brazil. We have already 3512 signatures. Our goal is to reach 10,000!
